It's probably fortunate (and kosmically koincidental) that the Newmar-CatWOman never faced BG... You can't imagine either one backing down to the other... The Kitt-KattWOman naturally had a catty attitude towards BG, but since the character was being portrayed by another actress, there was no real history of triumph over nor attachment to Batman to give her the upper-hand on BG...
