Anne Baxter as "Olga, Queen of the Cossacks..."

Olga certainly had some interesting dominatrix tendencies, and the gold
pants weren't a bad look, I found the character too cartoonish to be
taken seriously as a sexy villainess. The combination of the ridiculously
garish orange wig, plus the ridiculous accent used by Anne Baxter, rendered
the character more of a curious spectacle than a desirable seductress,
although she definitely seemed very interested in both the Commish and
Batman. It still baffles me how Anne Baxter was the only actress to portray
two different villainesses on the show. While she had a classy sort of
attractiveness, she lacked both the drop-dead gorgeousness and the
uber-confident persona possessed by the best Batman villainesses."
