He can't keep away from her...
She draws him inside her cell...

Barney
argues that he can handle the prisoner...
But as soon as Ange leaves she starts working poor Barney again with her Feminine Magic and before he knows it, she's locked him in the cell...
Ange knows how easy it was for her to do it to old Barn...
Few
WOmen have wreaked havoc in Mayberry as Susan Oliver's "The Prisoner"
(Barbara Eden's "The Manicurist" comes close)...
You expect her to wrap Barney around her finger, but rarely has Andy G ever been
so flustered in Mayberry... The Prisoner's smoke-out of Barney highlights how
sexy cigarettes were thought to be in the early-mid 60s... Tobacco marketing was
at its zenith and smoking was the epitome of cool, sophistication and lust...
Here the cigarette is used as a weapon, which soon was to become a standard tool
of distraction / dominance in SpyWorld... No other Mayberry regulars are in this
episode, just Barney & Andy and a Beautiful WOman, isolated from daily
reality... And even though she's the prisoner locked in a cell, it's quite clear
in a natural state removed from all societal order, a Sexy Woman Rules and can
imprison any man with his love for her...
