1968: Never a Dull Moment

Dorothy Provine a flippin'...

And a chair slingin'...

The 1st judo flip of supposedly DVanD is somewhat marred by the obvious stunt double who's flipped and seems to be vaulting himself over her shoulder... The 2nd guy flipped is a stunt double as well, but the camera angles are more convincing... In both, there's the delectable slenderness to Dorothy Provine in a tight skirt and patent leather boots, echoing the definitive Slender FemmeFighter, "Emma Peel..." While some guys like seeing manly-WOmen beat up men, the pure WOmWAm joy of FemmeFu is when the WOman is obviously Feminine & viciously surprises the man by her ability to beat him up... Dorothy wins her fights because the man doesn't believe she can take him, and her Lithe Stylishness is what renders the man off-guard... "Oh she's so petite & cute, there's no way she can hurt me..." But her bony butt is a seat of FemmePower and these are some of the best judo flips of the 60s... A reoccurring WOmWAm issue is young men's exposure to family-friendly FemmeDom, and again many a parent would have taken their young boy to see a Disney comedy starring lovable old Dick van Dyke, but no doubt there's a certain percentage of boys who walked out of theater not thinking of DVanD, but DP flippin' guys all over the place...
