1965: TheTenth Victim

URSULA ANDRESS

In a retro-futura S&M club, a glittering Glamazon begins her act...

Encourging men to consider her considerable pulchritude...

And rewarding them with a little pain for the pleasure...

She targets her next victim...

But he's about to get more than a slap in the face...

Asking him to remove her mask...

But he's not concentrating on her face...

She turns to him...

And blasts him with bullets from her breasts...

Killing him instantly...

He dies with look on his face of a man who he didn't know what hit him...

Few men who see this ever forget it ("Oh yeah, there was this movie, I can't remember the name of it, and there's this woman in it, uh, I forget what actress, and she, uh, dances, in some kind of costume and she, uh, she does something with her breasts, but I just can't remember what")... Of course, the breasts are the ultimate source of nurturing for a man, so to turn them into deadly weapons is a hideously perverse twist... Italian cinema in the 60s enthusiastically engaged male sexual perversions with style and humor and while the S&M Dance in the 1st scene works first as a put-on, it pays off at an all-time classic level...

Jeff writes: "A great neo S & M fantasy scene... The men enjoy a sharp lashing in exchange for a mere touch… Bizarre!  As the man is struck with the bullets, he seems to be very surprised at his predicament.  As he collapses and dies with his eyes wide open it's as if he is still in disbelief (I know the viewers are). There is a shock and awe experience for the viewer as the male hunter is disposed by the female... By her breasts no less. Who thought of that I wonder?  The killing is so astonishingly corrupt that it has to twist the psyche of any man who sees it. This has got to be one of the most wicked, calculating, and sexy assassinations to ever hit the big screen.  This cool scene is a reminder that men populate the earth for the purpose of being prey items of beautiful women."

Ursula is so astounding, it might take a few viewings for it to register that Elsa Martinelli is also in the movie and looks pretty good herself...

Slapping Ursula around...

Stylishly decked out, firing a gun...
