1957: The  Unholy Wife

DIANA DORS

as "Phyllis Hochen"

Archetype(s):  Glamazon - Golddigger

Paraphilia(s): Assassinophilia ; Accoutrephilia ; Flesh Fetish: Breasts ; Gunaphilia ; Hyphephilia ; Lesbophilia

Just a couple of slut lushes hanging out at the bar, waiting to be picked up...

They spot a pair of suckers...

Phyllis thinks: "Boy is Rod Steiger fat, but if he has dough..."

Phyllis does the old "Ooh, I dropped my purse" routine...

And she's got him hooked...

Here she's telling Rod she didn't marry him for his body...

Here she's telling Rod: "Oops! I thought you were a prowler. I'm so sorry I have to shoot you and keep all your money..."

She's in mourning, but since she is The UnHoly Wife, she looks hot in mourning (and she looks pretty darn good in the middle of the afternoon too)...

What of course breaks a man's heart when he falls in a love with a Golddigger is not that she married him for his money, but that she married him for his money and finds him so sexually inadequate she has to fool around with another guy (in this film, Tom Tryon)... Most husbands are okay with a Beautiful Woman marrying him for his dough, just as long as the poontang is there... What makes this film work is that Dors is so incredibly hot and Steiger is so repulsive... You really can't blame Double D for going elsewhere when she's facing a naked Steiger in her bed...
