 Lou Costello had a career of being fooled and abused by Taller Women, but Madame Rontru was the most aggressive, nastiest Femme to ever work him over... As happens so often in a series, writers run out of ideas and rather than invent fresh routines, they resort to the basest level of action for stereotypes... So whereas in the 1940s it was "Childish Lou amusingly manipulated by Taller Woman," by 1955 it simply was: "Tall Bitch Viciously Dominates little fat man..." Nothing wrong with that, except Fat Little Lou had a vast following of young boys, so this movie becomes a training ground for "How to Grow Up Fantasizing A Mean Vicious Dominatrix Owns You..."
