Satch is dancing with Candy Calin (Veda Ann Borg)...

But then she has him knocked out...

To keep him out, she mixes a drugged drink...

And induces him to down it...

Lording over him as he passes back into unconsciousness...

Later, Candy threatens to punch out midget Louie....

 The Satch character in the Bowery Boys series was a borderline retard, and his childishness often presented an opportunity for Molls to manipulate and control him.  Candy rules as a Towering Mother Fixation who baby-sits the duped Satch, but instead of nourishing him with a bottle, feeds him a drugged drink, easing him into a sleepy stupor...  And she really does look like she could take out Louie with one punch...
